Our Rooms
Separate access to bnb stay from the side of the house, parking at the door with a welcome note and any extras if required, depending on which package is selected. The property is monitored with outdoor security cameras for your comfort and peace of mind.
Continental breakfast available in communal room. Breakfast includes coffee, tea, cereals, muesli, toast and condiments. Check in at 4 pm onwards - check out by 10am.

Country Room
Comfy queen size bed with lovely linen and lots of country books to read overlooking the horse paddock to the front.
Beachy Room
Comfortable queen size bed with lots of quirky beachy stuff, books to read or gaze out at the horses and drift off for a nap listening to the sound of the farm life animals. A smart tv for your comfort.
Common Room
A room for the guests to enjoy a non-contact stay with all the necessary facilities, microwave, air fryer, fridge, continental breakfast, condiments, dishes and cutlery, and a small sitting area. Also, plenty of books and activities.
Long Termer
Idealy suited to contractors for a longer stay. Comfy queen size bed with a smart TV. Overlooking the back paddock.
